INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS
Mr Peter King as Senior Project Manager has extensive experience in the management of industrial relations throughout many of the major capital works.
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
All tradespeople have relevant certificates, including Red Card, and receive ongoing training in OH & S to ensure compliance is maintained. McCaig Airconditioning has a fully documented OH & S policy.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
McCaig Airconditioning’s Mr Alan McCaig successfully completed the course to implement a QA system, and this system has been in operation since 1995. It complies with AS 3902.
AFTER SALES SERVICE
Several of McCaig Airconditioning staff are fully versed with diagnosis and repair of air conditioning systems and have the affiliation with McCaig Service to provide our clients 100% backup in the event of equipment failure.
