Just wanted to let you know that your workgroup were bloody delightful. They caused the minimum of disruption to a very busy office environment, they cleaned up as they went, they liaised with all occupants to avoid causing any inconvenience, and they were very friendly too. Very professional each and every one of them and did a fantastic job.

We were 'return' customers with another renovation and have again experienced the same high level of knowledgeable advice, well organised, courteous and friendly staff, both in the office and on-site. The technical skillset provided by McCaig has seen the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning, tri-generation systems, fume cupboards and other speciality mechanical systems completed successfully. We would like to thank McCaig Air Conditioning for their support and commitment to the project from the initial start on-site in July 2014 right through until the final transition to operation in January 2017.

My parents - who are in their late 80s - had to do an emergency callout to their McIvor Rd house today (Sunday) when an air conditioner your company installed 30 years ago stopped working for the first time ever. My dad suffers from anxiety and he was a bit of a mess. My mum is also not in great health so when I got round there she was a bit red in the face as temperatures climbed to around 39. When I arrived Andrew was there calming my dad down and fixing what turned out to be just a switch that had packed up. A couple of trips into Jaycar and he had it going again and had engaged my dad talking about cars.
I was so impressed by him I just wanted to make sure you knew what a good job he did - on both the technical and interpersonal front. Please pass on my family's thanks.
